PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY
Gone are the days when home buyers would trawl around the locations of interest to them, personally visiting estate agency offices along the way. Nowadays most buyers make decisions about which properties to view or reject based on what they see on Rightmove and other property web sites. Most will look through the photos, check out the floor plan, and make their decision, often without reading the written information. This is why photography now plays such a vital role in attracting the right buyer or tenant.
Most of my property photography work comes from a small number of estate agency clients, but I am also happy to undertake private work, providing digital images in both high resolution and compressed for web site use. All images are fully edited and enhanced with sky replacement where necessary.

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Drone photography captures locations and surroundings in a way that is impossible from the ground. Aerial images are now considered a vital marketing tool by many agents, particularly those specialising in country, coastal and riverside properties.
Drone photography is available as a separate service or as an add on to any other property service offered, subject to favourable weather conditions.

PROPERTY WALK-THROUGH VIDEOS
Virtual viewings have become more popular in recent times. Many options are available to estate agents including high-production value ‘Escape to the Country’ style videos and full 360 degree virtual tours. Unfortunately both of these options are expensive, and therefore many agents have started to produce walk-through videos in-house using mobile phones.
John Newstead is now providing an affordable mid-range video option, using a digital mirrorless camera and gimbal to produce a more polished walk-through video solution. Video durations of 2 minutes start from just £70, with the option to add drone footage for an additional charge. See my fee scale here
